Yep I've had the rear end step out in an absolutely straight line. This was on stock all-seasons (Turanzas) with about 2" of snow/ice on the ground.
Getting ~20-30 degrees slip angle without warning and having to countersteer with cars around is not pleasant. Also not fair to other drivers.
I would consider snow tires a must if you're planning to drive this car through snow/ice.
