If they didn't make contact and you spun out on your own - if your car is totalled, depending on your deductible, you might get $23k back from your insurance (with a hefty increase in future premiums). i believe i have 1000 as my deductible......and yes its fairly new, down payment was my previous car ($8500) , and i only owe the bank 400. meaning i have only 400 left in my loan. what should i do / say to fight for a higher pay off
