You sure they didn't clip the tail of your car as you swerved away to avoid them? That would have put you in a spin easily and hitting the wall with that corner would have hidden any impact damage they might have had when they clipped you. If so, file hit and run police report with vehicle description and tell your insurance.

If they didn't make contact and you spun out on your own - if your car is totalled, depending on your deductible, you might get $23k back from your insurance (with a hefty increase in future premiums). If your car is pretty new and you didn't put a lot as a down payment, you might end up owing the bank money for a car that's not even yours any more. (If insurance totals it, the money they give you is in exchange for the car.)
