cjd dont interpret my comments to mean that nameless is a bad header in general as I was basing my opinion off the OP's stated interests.
A. I never made a claim on "mid range power" so I am not sure why you are asking me to validate that
IMO (and I realize many may not agree with me) for a N/A car the Nameless header is not the best choice and the reasons you basically made in your own statement.
Still a presence of a slight dip.
Fitment issues.
Also:
It is prohibitively expensive.
I feel that its big long tube design opens flow up almost to much for a N/A application and the header is really meant to shine in FI based applications.
I have yet to see a dyno where someone has gotten close to 200whp.
The OP is mentioning they want only a header, which if they get the Nameless I feel they will be very dissapointed in without other supporting mods.
OP would you consider looking at the PPE EL race header?
It is very affordable and comes with the OP! PPE makes quality stuff and this thing is much cheaper than the Nameless header.
