Might be useful IF it confirms with the regulations of an actual competition series. However, for the general public, it's probably not worth it.

Looks like the only real "difficulty" is getting the mounting bracket made. nothing a plasma cutter and a sheet of aluminum can't solve though. The wing itself, you can get carbon or aluminum pre-fabbed straight wings anywhere. End plates are as easy as mounting brackets.

If you make it, post pics. But I highly doubt there is a market for this...

Perhaps you can look of some regulations of actual race series, then market this to the teams there?
