Same here, though I also swap multiple times a day when at the track swapping between spare tires and stuff. Mix this with just awful weather and I believe I have the reasoning for my particular case.
They're awesome lugs; I iust wish that for the money they cost, they wouldn't be prone to failure like that.
I switched back to steel muteki nuts which I've used over the years and have never run into a single issue. I'll just stick with these from now on I suppose.
