I think when I pull the engine, I am just going to buy a built head. 2 birds with 1 stone.
I
might bring it to the dealer as is, and see if they will honor the warranty and replace the AVCS valve and cam sprocket.. but I have a feeling they will see the turbo and laugh (even though I am certain this issue has nothing to do with any modifications to the car). Regardless.. worth a shot. Worst case is they say no.
