I actually missed this part of the question. Like Phrosty said, It's *REALLY* hard to tell since it varies Mfg to mfg, dyno to dyno, tuned or untuned, ect. But there is one thing confirmed... Stock box is restrictive so replacing it is a must for the extraction of the most power. @
steve99 has something about this on one of his various links and may be able to shed some more light on it.
I am willing to bet each has different pros and cons.
