You may be on to something there, I have never been a huge fan of retro themed styling. Some of my favorite cars that I have owned were rather unique (some say odd) looking trendsetters.

I could name a couple more but they were produced before most members of this forum were born,
I like the front end of the FR-S/GT86 as is but I can see the appeal of this one for some.
