Like a cockroach, he'll just keep coming back anyways. He firmly believes that an internet article is factual evidence in comparison to what I have experienced first-hand. On top of that, after explaining what can be done to increase sales and improve market awareness of the brand and its products when he can't even provide a possible solution to the problem he claims to exist, instead opting to respond like a child covering their ears and saying "blah blah blah." He's given a substantial response to provide to his "discussion," and his response is "blah blah blah"? That's engaging in constructive dialogue, alright.
