This makes sense in relation to my own experience. I pre-ordered on March 10th, #4 at my dealer at the time. I called for an update around April 15th, and my dealer told me I'd been bumped back to slot #6 or 7 in their system. NOW, after talking to them on 5/10, I'm confirmed to be #2 in their system without anyone else who ordered before me backing out of their pre-orders.
I think a lot of it has to do with whatever SOA decides to allocate to each dealer first, regardless of order date. The stock might just be that random from the Gunma plant at this point.
