I already had that done at a Toyota dealership. Engineers from both Toyota and Subaru flew in and had an entire foam part fabricated to fit the pump and go around the lines. It doesn't help so I removed it and gave up on the issue as a whole. They had my car for 3 days total.

FloridaBRZ. Good luck. Toyota was using my car as the "test subject" for the foam insulation and it failed.
