If you're adding 5x114.3 conversion spacers, then those will add 15-25mm depending on the type you choose.
Let's say 25mm spacers (most common), then your effective offset will be +27. You will have poke unless you gain extra negative camber, somewhere around -3 or more.
You can use smaller conversion spacers like 15mm as you stated but
make sure the wheels you are fitting have voids to let the rest of the OEM studs poke through (see pic below to explain what I mean). This would give you effective offset of +37 which is just about perfect. With this setup a 245/40R17 will work very well.
