Best option IMO is to replace dash and door speakers with a 2-way component speaker system, mounting the tweeter in the dash, and woofer in the door. Run it off a 2ch amp w/ speaker level inputs. The only problem is that this may be pushing your budget depending on if you want all new or can settle for used amps, and if you install it yourself (amp will require power cabling.

Although I haven't explored the possibility, it *may* be possible to utilize the stock amp wiring and location instead of running new wires for power and speakers.
