Wow! Few deep breaths needed here. Have you ever bought a new car before?
It's standard procedure. If the PDI and 10-12 miles on the clock when you receive it is going to set you off, good luck actually using the car and having to deal with roads and parking lots of people who don't give a toss about your car and whether they put a ding in the door or not.
