I spoke to my contact at his business. Looks like it's gonna be a yes, but it won't be until this summer. It might require more planning than I expected as far as events are concerned. I don't want to hold up the progression of the Mega meet so my suggestion will probably end up being a separate thing.
Right now I can't confirm on a date, and given what they want to do I should probably back off and wait until more things fall in place.
