What would your Dad say to an $80,000 cash bonus + paid relocation + paid rental home (up to $2,500/mo.) for a minimum two year committment in zero income tax Texas? That's part of the incentive package not factoring a probable promotion and pay increase well ahead of normal time to fill a vacant slot.

I'd jump on it for two years and then retire, even commute to/from SoCal on weekends if desired.

However, this a huge opportunity for TMS to shed staff while hiring lower cost replacements...or robots, not sure which.
