From what I understand about the stock audio system, your best bet on your budget is to get a set of components that will fit the dash and not touch doors, or a set of components w/ woofer/midrange in door and tweeter in dash and all stock front speakers. Both will likely need to be run off a small amp, but can be done in your budget if you're doing all the labor.
Last option would be to locate and remove stock amp, replace with regular 2ch amp, use that to drive full range door speakers.

You are flat out wrong these speakers are running off the stock amp in the trunk. They don't require an additional amp or headunit and Im referring to the door speakers not the ones in the dash.
