I had looked so forward to driving the autobahn when I was there. One of the guys had his 75 Trans Am shipped over and we took her out for a spin. Don't think we managed to hit 80 km/h due to the congested traffic. We were very disappointed to say the least.

I've cruised my GT86 at 200 km/h for hours on the Autobahn.
Top speed registered was 235 km/h (on the speedo, OEM wheels and tyres, and favorable winds).
Thing is, it gets boring rather quickly.
Oh, and over here we've decided to give the Germans a break and not mention the 1940's until they bring it up. They rarely do.
