low fuel light usually gives you around 50 miles... but you should still fill up asap since it's better for the fuel pump.
I only warm up until the revs drop signifying that the cold start cycle has finished. Usually takes 30 seconds to a minute.

After that I drive lightly, shifting at 3000 RPM for the first five minutes until the temp reaches normal levels.
