Thank you for clarifying my vague post! Measuring oil pressure from a sandwich plate at the filter, versus a more ideal location like the galley, will always read a bit high.

What temperature was your oil? Coolant only takes about five minutes to get up to operating temperature, while oil can take ten to fifteen minutes. As temperatures rise, pressure will keep dropping.
I haven't driven my car since the end of October, so I can't give you my exact pressure numbers, but this all sounds perfectly normal to me.
