hI,
I bought mine from Charles Maund in mid-Sept 2014. They didn't have a Hot Lava in stock but were able to get one sent up from Red McCombs in San Antonio. I could have bought a red one with 19 miles on it, but my wife wanted the "burnt orange" car, as we are both UT alums. It's actually a bit redder than actual burnt orange, but most of the students on campus seem to get the idea when there's a football game.
With regard to Scion's pricing policy, the dealership doesn't discount but they're not supposed to raise the price either. "Pure Process" means that, supposedly: no jacking around with the price. We paid list for the car, but got a discount on the installation of the BeSpoke navigation option.
Round Rock Toyota had seven of these cars on the lot last Tuesday (1/27) in various colors, including Hot Lava. You all might check with them.
