long time ago, i was in insurance (mainly auto and business) for about 5 years in California, with 2 of that as a broker for multiple insurance carriers. not once did i ever see an insurance premium be rated higher for the car being a red color... in fact, not once was the color of the car ever even included in the policy to begin with.
