this is part of the reason I hate trying to set up meets (and why i haven't on here) for ever person who is happy there are 5 telling me how shitty of a job i did or how i could of done better or how i didn't accommodate them.

That is a good point. Free is always better, I think I would rather have more turnout anyway. AutoX happens like every other weekend, would be nice to have a cheap, fun, social event or drive.
