For the price of new Rotas (I won't buy used reps), I can get a nice used set of real Works or Rays. I very rarely buy new wheels. I let someone else take the hit, that way when it comes time for me to sell, I can make my money back (and in some cases, more). Plus as Draco said:

Ive been looking at the CE28s specifically. They weigh less then 16lbs. The Rota equivalent (DPT) weighs 22lbs. Granted, new vs new, a set of DPTs cost just as much as one CE28, Id rather get the CE28s. I just dont have, nor will I spend, $4k on wheels.

I've never had a replica wheel on any of my cars. I've never spent more then $1400 on a set of wheels either. I spent less then $400 on my SSRs. $800 for my Works. The list goes on.

But it doesnt matter, I think Ill end up going with RPF1s for the time being. Im not in love with the way they look, but at ~5lbs less then stock per corner and less then $250 a wheel, Im sold.
