The turbo kit is literally just the turbo, piping, and an intercooler.
I'm sure if it was absolutely required for the turbo to work then it would include it, but what I'm asking is would it be a good idea and actually do anything? For some reason I have a bad view of induction kits and think they're kind of pointless, but that is not really based on any factual evidence... so I'm asking if that is actually the case or if they do actually help.
Oh and I didn't post it in the FI forum because although personally I'm only considering it because of the turbo, it is more of a general question about whether or not an induction kit actually improves air flow or if in reality all it does is change the intake sound.
