afr ltft looks pretty normal for oft tune they run pretty rich top end.
with the knock , try some differnt brands of fuel , the 91 tune wont help you with the fbkc knock as it only has timing removed over 5000 rpm. or you could pull some timing from the rpm\ load points in the problem areas
