I think I like the Ram 700 that was shown yesterday just as much. More actually since the price should be ~25% lower, they're saying $13-18k. I don't need the extra torque from a diesel, what little towing I've done in the last 20 years can be done with a lawnmower
I need to move four mt bikes and gear for four people with the occasional large load o' stuff like a new lawn mower, a big tv or some wood that can be strapped to the roof if the extendable bed doesn't make it long enough. Might be nice though if it had a drop rear like the Avalanche/Baja, even better if that was a split drop so my dogs could move from inside to outside easily.
