When I installed the CF driveshaft, initially there were a lot of vibrations at about 4500 RPM. I rotated the driveshaft by 90 degrees and the vibrations went away.
It's a good idea to mark/number the bolt holes before you start rotating, so you can make a note of what result you got from what rotation.
My stock driveshaft was marked with white paint to indicate the correct rotation, with a mark on the diff side flange too, so I used that factory mark as a reference. YMMV.
