Not necessarily. Look at the MAFv and load, it drops a fair bit. That could mean a different advance value which would be depicted by the KC learn value drop. Without logging FLKC it's unclear.
What I would be concerned with is why the change is occurring. The throttle doesn't seem to be shutting so it's got to be cam or MAF sensor related.
