I actually said the syncro problem is not caused by FI and I've pulled bad syncros out of car that were not FI
I've said that multiple times. I even tried to take a dealer to court over it. (They said it was FI fault I said it was not) toyota agreed with me on it but it was not worth the lawyer costs when I found a few transmissions for 500$ each.
Shearing 4th gear is 100% FI. Me, @
Synack, fullblown, evasive, element.....and a host of others have all sheared 4th gear around the 400whp mark.
