That played a big factor in my dealings. The sales person flat out said "I know nothing about these cars". After we chatted a bit and I started showing her some of the basics she said "you sound like you know lots could you show me some more". Now, I was already sold anyway but if I had been on the fence, the very act of keeping me talking and getting more excited about the features would probably have won me over.
