I do not know where the Bilstein B14s fit on the quality scale but
supposedly dampers are valved for a particular spring rate and the varying rate of progressive springs may fall out side of the damper's range.
I am not saying this is of practical importance for someone driving on public roads; this is a just a friendly something else to consider.
