Oh, I understand the reasons but was still funny (in a sick twisted way) to me.
The same sort of thing can happen up here when it gets really hot and everybody gets distracted and drives like a moron. You guys would be all like "what is wrong with these people" as you buttoned up a jacket and put on a hat (you would laugh at what is considered "really hot" up here)
