Correct, I had it on mine when delivered as well.
It's an RFID sticker that is used for tracking the cars on and off the transport ship and perhaps in transit to the dealer. As @
extrashaky pointed out, you can remove it. I still have mine. Stuck it over the "Racetrac" label on my refillable 54oz cup from that gas station chain.
