Seems like I'm getting slightly better result than you are. I'm using 91 without ethanol. In my experience the 10% ethanol gas that I can buy in my area will translate to ~10% less millage.

17. Don't drive while hungry, angry or tired (if possible) -I drive when I need/want to
18. Maintain your vehicle -yes
19. Travel lighter -yes !!!
20. Choose the correct oil -yes
