One of my parents is a judge and was asked to submit all our info for a blackout. The state told him it blocks name/address. I'm sure it's not purged, but I do know from experience I can't get mailed any tickets since I've waited for those mail toll things like 8 distinct times in several states haha. I wanted to pay the toll too, I'm a good citizen who doesn't carry change
