I've ran with a few good teams for sure but it's just a pain in the ass process to get one in my experience.
The good teams were usually Brits or Aussies.

I've noticed that too, some of the best players I've run with when someone resorted to LFG or something to fill a 6 person team, they had British or Aussie accents, and typically they were really driven and knew what to do. Most of the LFG people I've run with are pretty solid, made a few friends and raid go-tos along the way.
I know you're on late, but what times usually? Now that I have a 1yo, late night is becoming the only time I can really get some time in.
