The car is cheap and quite pretty so it does attract the show car crowd as well. That of course brings a bunch of the constant-modification attitude, which is of no interest to me, though I certainly don't see the harm in it.

I myself enjoy driving the car, and so have decided not to store it for the winter, nor spend time/money on modding it. The less I put into those things, the more I can put into seat time. A set of aftermarket lights is the same cost as 3 lapping evenings at Calabogie. I know which thing I'd rather have.

Agreed. Although I will admit as someone else previously has pointed out, I have no idea why the car came with projectors but no HIDs....
