Advertize with mods and hope that someone will believe that the mods ADD value. Good chance that someone is planning the same mods and will be happy to see them already done. I mean YOU paid for the mods, who is to say that a certain buyer wont be glad to profit from your effort.
But yeah, it does reduce the pool of buyers from say 100 to like 5...but you only need 1!
