My car is modded and has a catted UEL on, so YMMV
Without oil cooler I was getting temps up to 130ish C at the track, after installing the maximal performance oil cooler my oil temp never got past 115C at the track where my car never fell below 5K RPM's during the 20 min sessions.
Street driving my oil temp was often passing 100C with Toyota 0w-20. after the oil cooler oil temp stays a cool 86C during street driving.
My average ambient temps are usually mid 80's to mid 90's F year round.
