I read someplace that Lava is only 5% of regular production and would guess that it would be similar.
The Lava was not even available in a Monogram in Canada.

Hmm, I think I remember also hearing that manual transmissions would only be offered with 25% of the Monograms made. If both of those statistics are true that would mean that there are less than 50 manual transmissions Hot Lava cars on the road.
