I concur, it can run hotter if you will, it does share engine oil, but I'm not sure about more load
Make sure you vent your v2 or foaming can kill it. Ask me how I know, just always warm up your car to prevent that initial start up foam!
I love my v2 just wish I wouldn't snap belts with the 2.87" pulley buy have found no solution, running the 3.33 I can run a belt and track it all summer long, and that's saying lots here in hell, aka phx

Is your belt on the V2 hella tight and tensioner pretty much all the way ? My car runs fine but the tensioner position with the belt on just doesnt seem right to me. When it was stock or with V3, the tensioner was way more relaxed.
