I had similar needs from my suspension set up as you and opted for the ST's (also helped that there was a rebate on them as well
). Ride feels similar to stock but a tad bit stiffer, still very comfortable. The car is dropped maybe 1-1.2 ish inches, did not take exact measurements but the wheel gap on stock is mostly gone. Overall I am very satisfied with them as they suited my needs very well.
