I have mine a few mm above the brake pedal level, how much does this adjustment raise the pedal? Should I drop it a couple mm below the brake pedal before doing this?

Anyone else with the clutch pedal adjustment have any input on adjustment after doing this mod? I'm so close to pulling the trigger.
It doesn't raise the clutch pedal but it does result in more throw at the pressure plate. I'm likely going overboard with the caution but I'd rather be known for that than the alternative. I was considering worst case which would be the factory pedal adjustment.

I had already dropped my clutch pedal before the swap and, although the extra throw at the pressure plate is noticeable, assuming your clutch and brake pedal are even, it just brings the whole package together. There's enough disengagement at the bottom that, even though in principle, I disagree with using it as a gauge, it's safe to set the clutch pedal height to match the brake and then fine-tune from there.

A few mm above? Meh, you're fine. Drop in the new cylinder and decide if you even feel like adjusting from there.
