Yep. From what I understand after a brief explanation from the owner, Mustangs measure torque and calculate horsepower. Dynojets measure horsepower and calculate torque.

Bg8780 's car recently was recently EcuTek tuned by TSM and made 190whp on 93 with a header and 2.5" headerback on the same Dynojet my car made 195whp on back in April with E85 and stock front/mid pipe. On the Mustang dyno on Sunday his car made 167whp/132wtq with the same 93 tune and mods. Mind blown.
