Probably would have gone straight to the net looking for an Exorcist long before it would have occurred to me that it was a normal function that might be covered in the owners manual. I remember this sound popping up earlier in this cars life in 2013 the first ones came out a lot of people freaked out because a guy with a BR-Z in a garage heard this sound. It took at least 30 posts before a mechanic actually commented saying it was a normal evap test
