If I do get pulled over, I'm sure it'll be a warning and if it isn't, I'll fight it as "Profiling" base on my car. All it takes is to look at a different direction and you can be sure there's a car without a front license plate on a RAV4 or some other ugly cars.
"Why aren't they getting pulled over for front license plates?! This is profiling!".

that doesn't work mate. Judge won't care.. been a Washington resident for 24 years- nothing is worse than King/Sno municipal court judges
...but I run no front plate as well :P. I have a bugeye rex with a front plate on, though. She has factory mounting holes :'(
