Currently in Nova Scotia, where there's no front plate required. Moving to New Brunswick in about 6 months so I've been considering options.
I'm hesitant on tow hook mounts because I really don't like the idea of having a strong bolt directly attached to the main crash structure protruding beyond the low speed impact absorbing part of the bumper. I also don't want to drill holes and have seen how the magnet mount still mars the bumper without drilling it.

Still have to drill, but the holes are underneath and won't be visible if the plate is removed. New Brunswick doesn't require plates for seasonal cars, so someday the plate might come off the front if I keep the car after I get a new DD in the future.
