If everyone respects the rules, even the general public then we can all have a fair discussion and help the customer get the answers they need and select their respective tuner and product they wish to use.

Agree with you - suggest you vendors take that up with management though, as they're the ones who came up with the rules for moderation. That said, this is still a derailed thread, regardless of issue at hand.
